Delete your Sara AI account

From the app

This is the fastest way, and the account is deleted right away:

1. Open the Sara AI app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings (the gear icon at the top right).
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email us at support@holasara.ai with the subject “Delete my Sara AI account” from the email you use to sign in to Sara. If you write from a different address, we will ask you to confirm the account is yours before deleting it. We delete the account within 30 days and email you once it is done.

What is deleted

• Your operator user: name, email, phone number and password.
• Your access to the clinics you belonged to.
• The notification tokens of your devices.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What is not deleted

Appointments, patients and patient conversations belong to the clinic, not to your user, so they stay in the clinic's account for the rest of its team. If you are the only owner of a trial clinic, the clinic is left without access and is deleted when the trial ends. If you want to close the whole clinic account, write to us and we will handle that separately.
