2026 comparison

AI assistants
for clinics
and wellness.

If your business loses patients because nobody answers in time, these are the real options in Spanish and Portuguese. We built this ourselves (the Sara team) with public data from each product as of August 2026, and we play fair: we also tell you when someone else is the better pick.

When each one makes sense

No product is best for everyone. This is our honest take, the same one we use when a prospect is not a fit for us.

Pick Doctocliq (with Soyla) if...

you need the full clinical suite: patient records with dental charting, treatment estimates and e-invoicing in Peru, Mexico, Colombia or Ecuador. Their SMS AI is solid, but it only works if you move your operation onto Doctocliq, and it does not cover Instagram.

Pick Kura if...

your clinic is in Spain, EU compliance matters to you (GDPR, data in the EU) and SMS is your only channel. It does ad-lead qualification and estimate recovery well. It does not collect deposits or answer Instagram.

Pick Cloudia if...

your clinic is in Brazil or Portugal and you already use one of the 40+ management systems it integrates with. It is the cheapest option. Keep in mind its core is flow-based: generative AI conversation is a paid add-on.

Pick AgendaPro if...

what you want is the scheduling and point-of-sale software, not an assistant that converses: online booking, records, POS, inventory and reports, with thousands of beauty and health businesses across LATAM. Its chatbot answers FAQs; it does not sell or collect for you.

Pick Zenvia if...

you are a large institution with your own technical team and want to build flows on top of a messaging platform (SMS, email, RCS) at scale. For a clinic without a technical team, building and maintaining those flows is on you.

Pick Sara AI if...

you want the 11 pm enquiry by text or Instagram to end as a booked appointment on its own platform with the deposit already paid, without adding front-desk staff. Sara AI brings something no one else has: a three-agent AI team on a platform with its own scheduling, point-of-sale and inventory. Sara runs the front desk, Mia runs marketing and Daniel runs finance. Sara also reactivates patients, fills freed slots from a waitlist, asks for reviews and creates your Instagram content. It never touches patient records, on purpose.

The only case we publish is a real one

We do not invent logos or testimonials. ViaLaser (laser hair removal, Uruguay) has Sara answering its SMS, Instagram and website live: 7 out of 10 appointments are booked by Sara.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best AI assistant for an aesthetic clinic?

It depends on the problem you want to solve. If the bottleneck is the conversation (answering in time, booking and collecting the deposit by text and Instagram), Sara is the most complete option. If you need patient records and invoicing, look at Doctocliq or AgendaPro. In Brazil with your own management software, Cloudia.

Do I have to change my scheduling software to use an AI assistant?

Sara AI brings its own platform with scheduling, point-of-sale and inventory, plus the AI team, so the calendar lives inside Sara. If you are coming from AgendaPro, Zenoti or GlossGenius, we import your data so you do not start from scratch. The others each have their own approach: Soyla requires Doctocliq, Kura uses its own calendar and AgendaPro moves you to their system.

Which one collects the deposit inside the conversation?

Of the six compared, only Sara collects the deposit inside the chat before confirming the appointment. The others hand off to external links, charge when booking in their system, or do not charge at all. A paid deposit is what lowers no-shows the most.

How much does an AI assistant for clinics cost?

Public prices as of August 2026 range from ~R$49-80 per month (Cloudia, flow-based with AI sold apart) to US$130 plus channel costs (Zenvia). Kura publishes €59.99 per professional per month. Sara publishes its pricing: from $49 per calendar (a bookable schedule), with Mia and Daniel at $110 flat each. No sales call.

What about patient records?

Sara does not read or write patient records, on purpose: it handles the conversation, the booking and the payment. If digitizing records is your priority, solve that with clinical software like Doctocliq or AgendaPro; Sara coexists with them because it never touches clinical data.

The AI team that never clocks out

Don't let the next 11:41 pm text go unanswered.

Put Sara on your front desk today, and bring in Mia and Daniel when you are ready. Without changing how you work.
