How long until it’s up and running?
Not long. We handle the technical part and Sara walks you through it by text while you set up. We import your catalog from your current system; the rest is loading what is missing and fine-tuning the tone.
Do I have to get the text line on my own?
No need. You can get the text line through us and we leave it ready and connected to Sara. If you’d rather use a number you already have, that works too: we’ll go over it in the demo.
What about the domain for my booking site?
You can get it through us: you search the name, pick it, and we leave it configured pointing to your booking site. The price is for the first year and includes the setup. If you already have one, you connect it just the same. It’s optional, only if you’re missing one.
How does Sara help me set up?
She messages you by text and walks you step by step through each part of the setup, at your pace. Any question that comes up as you go, you ask her right there and she answers.
Do I have to switch systems?
Yes, your clinic moves to Sara’s platform. But you type nothing in by hand: we import your services, prices and patients from AgendaPro, Zenoti or GlossGenius and leave it ready. You just finish giving it your tone.
What if I already schedule in another system?
Sara has her own scheduling inside the platform, so you don’t depend on an external calendar. If you come from AgendaPro, Zenoti or GlossGenius, we import your schedule, services and patients from your account and you start with everything loaded. Tell us what you use and we’ll have it ready before you start.
Does my team have to learn how to use it?
Almost nothing: Sara answers on her own and your team talks to her by text like one more person. No new screens.
