Acceptance

By using the holasara.ai website or the Sara service, you accept these terms. Sara is a product of BotBit, Inc. (under its “RAY” brand). If you hire the service for your clinic, the contract or plan you sign with us complements and, where applicable, prevails over these general terms.

What Sara is

Sara is an AI receptionist that handles SMS, Instagram and your clinic’s website chat, books on your Google Calendar, collects deposits, reminds, confirms and wins back patients. Sara assists your team; she does not replace professional judgment or medical care.

Responsible use

• You must have the authorizations needed to connect your calendar and your text line, and for Sara to communicate with your patients.
• You agree to use Sara in accordance with the law and with the policies of WhatsApp, Instagram and any other platforms involved.
• You must not use the service to send spam, misleading content, or for unlawful purposes.
• You are responsible for the information, prices and promises you configure for Sara to communicate.

The AI and its limits

Sara is designed to sell with judgment and not invent prices or promises: when in doubt, she hands off to your team. Even so, she is an automated system and can make mistakes. We recommend supervising her operation, especially at the start. Sara does not provide diagnosis or medical advice, and must not be used for that.

Third-party integrations

The service depends on third-party platforms (Google, Meta/WhatsApp, payment provider, among others). We do not control those services and are not responsible for interruptions or changes that depend on them. The use of each platform is also governed by its own terms.

Text messaging (SMS)

When you text the business number of a clinic that uses Sara, you may receive SMS replies from Sara, our AI assistant, to answer your questions and help you book, reschedule or confirm your appointment. This is Sara’s messaging program.

• How you consent: you start the conversation by texting the clinic’s number; that first message is your opt-in. We never buy, rent or share your number with third parties.
• Frequency: message frequency varies based on your conversation.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
• How to opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help. You can also email us at info@rayapp.io.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle your data in the conversation is governed by our privacy policy.

Plans, payments and lock-in

Prices, currency, payment method and the terms for lock-in and cancellation are those of the plan you hire, as detailed on pricing and in your contract. Unless that contract states otherwise, there is no hidden forced lock-in: the details are agreed before you start.

Intellectual property

The Sara brand, the website, the software and their contents are the property of BotBit, Inc. or its licensors. Your clinic’s data and content remain yours; you authorize us to process them solely to provide the service to you, in accordance with the privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use the service. Nothing in this limits liabilities that the law does not allow to be excluded.

Changes and validity

We may update these terms. We will publish the current version on this page with its date. If the changes are relevant to your contracted service, we will let you know.

Governing law and contact
