About this program

Sara AI is a product of BotBit, Inc. (brand “RAY”). Clinics that use Sara can choose to have their team members receive account alerts by text message. Messages are sent from +1 (786) 673-1659 and only go to US mobile numbers (+1).

This program is only for the clinic’s team (owners, managers and front desk). It does not text patients and it does not send advertising.

How to opt in

Opting in is optional and each person does it from their own account in the Sara dashboard:

Go to Settings › Team notifications.
Make sure your US mobile number is saved in your profile.
Turn on the “Text message alerts” switch. The consent text is shown right below it.

By turning this on, you agree to receive account alerts by text message (new appointments and summaries). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help.

This is how opt-in looks in the Sara dashboard. The switch is off by default and only the person themself can turn it on.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Messages you will receive

New appointments: when Sara books an appointment at your clinic.
Example: “Example Clinic: new appointment. Ana Lopez, facial, Thu Oct 30 10:00 AM. https://app.holasara.ai/admin/agenda”
Mia weekly summary: what happened in your account during the week.
Example: “Mia, Example Clinic: weekly summary. 12 new appointments and 3 reviews. https://app.holasara.ai/admin”

Frequency and cost

Frequency: message frequency varies with your clinic’s activity. One alert per new appointment (or one summary when several arrive together) and one summary per week.
Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any alert to stop receiving them. You will get one confirmation and no further texts.
You can also turn off the “Text message alerts” switch in the dashboard at any time.
