Collecting online is optional. If you use it, one fee.
Applied to the amount of every payment Sara processes: online deposits, pay links at the counter and gift cards. It is on top of the payment processor’s fee (Stripe), with no fixed per-transaction fee and no monthly minimum.
If you collect outside Sara, you pay nothing. Booking with Sara has no per-booking fee.

Which WhatsApp number does Sara use?
Sara replies from a WhatsApp Business number. We sell you a ready-to-link line for US$29 a month. Or you can use a line of your own: it must be WhatsApp Business and must not be linked to any WhatsApp Business Platform account (WABA).
What does the base plan include?
Sara answering, booking, rescheduling and cancelling 24/7 for one provider, plus the full system: scheduling, register and point of sale, inventory and patient records. It also includes online deposit collection and anti no-show confirmations. Add-ons are optional.
What is the difference between the Individual and base plans?
Individual is for those who work solo: 1 provider, 1 user, scheduling, patient records, online payments and Sara on your texts for up to 150 new clients a month. It has no register, inventory, extra providers or locations, and only Mia pieces can be added. When you add someone, you move to the base plan.
What is the Mia complete bundle?
A discounted shortcut: Instagram and Facebook, Website and blog, Google Maps and Reviews with your first location for US$599 a month. Each extra location adds Google Maps and Reviews at their regular price. You can also buy the pieces one by one.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You cancel any time from the dashboard, with no lock-in. You pay month to month for what you have active.
What counts as one provider?
Each provider who takes appointments counts as one, even if they share hours. Front desk staff and anyone who does not see clients do not count, and rooms or equipment are never billed.
Why are some add-ons billed per location and others per account?
Google Maps and Reviews work on each location’s Google profile, so they are billed per location. The website, Instagram, Sara modules or accounting belong to the whole practice and are paid once.
Do I pay more for several locations?
Providers and Sara are never billed per location. You only pay per location for Mia’s Google Maps and Reviews, which work on each profile.
Is there a per-booking or per-patient fee?
No. It is a monthly subscription, with no per-booking or per-patient fee. The only extra is 2% of each payment, and only if you collect online with Sara.
How much does collecting with Sara cost?
Collecting online with Sara is optional: you can book without it. If you use it, 2% is applied to the amount of each processed payment, on top of the processor’s fee (Stripe), with no fixed fee and no monthly minimum.
Does it touch my medical records?
Sara, the AI, never reads or uses medical information. Patient records come with your plan: your team keeps notes and photos per patient, visible only to people you authorize. The rest of your medical history stays where it is today.
