Sara AI in Mexico City

From Polanco to Santa Fe, Sara answers at 11 pm.

In Mexico City the patient writes from traffic on Periférico or once they are home, right when the front desk has closed. Sara replies on the spot from your clinic’s 55 number, books at the location closest to them and collects the deposit with Clip or Mercado Pago.

Clinics in Polanco, Santa Fe, Roma and Del Valle

Mexico City is several cities in one, and patients pick a clinic by the area they move in. Sara knows which location you work from and offers slots at that location.

Polanco and Lomas

Aesthetic and dental practices with patients who book between meetings. Sara answers instantly and carries the conversation until the appointment is paid.

Santa Fe and Interlomas

Office towers and medical buildings. The enquiry lands at lunch and after work; Sara offers the 7:30 pm slot that would otherwise stay empty.

Roma, Condesa and Nápoles

Boutique skin, laser and wellness clinics that live on Instagram. Sara answers the DMs from the reel that went viral without anyone picking up the phone.

Del Valle and Coyoacán

Family practices with returning patients. Sara sends the reminder, recognizes the patient and offers their usual time.

11 pm in Mexico City

The city goes to bed late and the patient writes when they finally have a minute. This is the kind of conversation Sara closes on her own at that hour, on Mexico City time, with the front desk finding out in the morning.

Deposits with Clip or Mercado Pago

Mexico City patients already pay for everything from their phone. Sara sends the payment link inside the same WhatsApp chat, in pesos, and the slot is reserved on the spot. If your clinic invoices, the deposit comes in like any other charge for the CFDI.

Frequently asked questions

Does Sara handle several locations in Mexico City?

Yes. Each location has its own calendar, hours and prices. If the patient says they live in Santa Fe, Sara offers slots at that location, not at Polanco.

Does Sara reply from my clinic’s own 55 number?

Yes. Sara answers from your WhatsApp Business line, with your number and your name. The patient sees your clinic, not a third party.

Can I collect the deposit with Clip or Mercado Pago?

Yes. The payment link goes inside the chat and the money lands in your account in pesos. In the demo we show the flow with your own clinic.
