Mia · Google Maps
Google Business Profile, optimized weekly.
Mia keeps your Google Business Profile current so your practice shows up when someone searches “dentist near me” or “botox near me”: fresh photos, correct categories and services, posts and a weekly recap of the calls and direction requests it drove. And if the profile slips on the map, she acts before you notice.

Tells you what brought calls
How many searches, calls and direction requests came from your profile.
How Google decides which practice ranks first on Maps.
According to Google’s own help pages, local ranking comes from three things: relevance, distance and prominence. Nobody can guarantee a position, but two of the three can be worked on.
Relevance
How well your profile matches what the person is searching for. You earn it with complete, correct categories, services, description and photos. Mia reviews it every week.
Distance
How close you are to the searcher. This one does not move: it depends on where the person is and where your practice is. That is why it pays to take care of the other two.
Prominence
How well known your practice is: reviews, rating and web presence. You work it by asking for reviews at the right moment and posting consistently.
How Mia does it
Monday's recap, with what got done and what's next.
This is how a week of work on your Google Business Profile lands on your text line. Mia tells you how people searched for you, what drove calls and what she proposes: fresh photos, a post, a missing category. You approve with one message and she runs it.
What matters is the rhythm: every week there's a recap, a proposal and something done. No meetings, no 40-page reports nobody reads.
Mia Active now A complete profile
What Google reads about your practice.
Mia reviews and completes what feeds local search: primary and secondary categories, services, description, hours, photos of the office and the team, and posts. When something changes she fixes it. When the profile goes quiet she moves it.
- Correct categories and services for every treatment
- Fresh photos of the practice, not the ones from opening day
- Hours and details current, holidays included
- Acts when the profile slips on the map

Reviews
Reviews push your place on the map.
Rating and number of reviews weigh into prominence. Sara asks the patient for a review right after the appointment, with a direct link to your profile, and tracks who clicked. You add real reviews without chasing anyone.

Frequently asked questions
How do I rank higher on Google Maps?
Nobody can guarantee it. According to Google, local ranking depends on relevance (how well your profile matches the search), distance (how close you are to the searcher) and prominence (how well known your practice is, through reviews and web presence). Mia works the two that can move: she keeps your profile complete and correct, and Sara asks for reviews at the right moment. Distance cannot be changed.
What is Google Business Profile optimization?
It means keeping the profile that shows up on Google and Maps complete and current when people search for your kind of practice: categories, services, description, hours, photos, posts and reviews. A neglected profile, with old photos or missing categories, shows up less and convinces less.
What does Mia do for my profile each week?
She reviews how people searched for you and what happened with your profile. She messages you a recap with a concrete proposal: fresh photos, a post, a missing category or service. You approve over chat and she runs it. The following Monday she tells you what it brought.
How long until I see results?
It depends on your area, your competition and where your profile stands today. What usually moves first is what Mia fixes first: categories, services and photos. What you get from week one is the recap: you know what was done and what is bringing calls. We don't promise rankings or timelines.
Does Mia post without my approval?
No. Mia shows you the photos, the post or the change, and nothing goes out without your ok, over text or in the dashboard.
What if my profile is not verified or someone else manages it?
That is the first thing we check in the demo: whether your profile exists, whether it is verified and who manages it. Once that is clear, we set up how Mia works it.
How much does it cost?
The Mia: Google Maps module is US$149 per location per month, added to the base plan. It also comes inside the full Mia package. Pricing is on the pricing page.
