Remove your business from Sara Directory

What this is

Sara Directory lists beauty and wellness businesses by city. Businesses that work with Sara AI show the details they keep in their account: address, hours, phone and services. Other local businesses come from public records and OpenStreetMap, and show only their name and address. This page is how you ask us to take a business off the directory.

If you use Sara AI, leaving the directory doesn’t cancel your service or change your website: we just stop showing your business on these pages.

How to request it

Email info@rayapp.io with the subject “Remove from Sara Directory” and include:

• Business name and address as they appear on the directory.
• A contact email, so we can confirm when it’s done.
• If you have more than one location, which ones to remove, or all of them.

Timing

We process your request within 5 business days of receiving it and email you when it’s done. Search engines can take a few more days to stop showing the page.

California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you can also ask us what personal information we hold about you and ask us to delete it. Send the request to the same address. We respond within 45 days, as the law requires, and we never discriminate against you for making it. We do not sell personal information. Details are in our privacy policy.

Fix a detail

If you just want to correct an address, hours or services, you don’t need to leave: update them in your Sara account and the directory picks them up in the next update. If your business isn’t on Sara AI yet, email us the correct details.
