Mia · Dental SEO

SEO for dental offices,
done every week.

Most dental SEO is sold as a monthly retainer and a quarterly report. Mia is different: an AI marketing agent who keeps your Google Business Profile current, publishes the articles patients are searching for and tells you which one brought new patients. You approve over chat. She does the work.

A bright dental office with the chair by the window: the patient who finds you on Google ends up sitting here.

Content that answers what patients search

Articles built on the questions your patients type into Google, published on your site.

Tells you what brought inquiries

Which page and which article ended in a call or a message. No vanity rankings.

How Mia does it

Dental SEO, as it lands by text every Monday.

This is a weekly recap from Mia, exactly as it comes in. She looks at how your Google Business Profile and your website performed, proposes two specific moves and waits for your ok. No meeting, no 40-page report.

When you reply “go ahead,” she runs it: uploads the photos, publishes the article and the following week tells you what came of it. She is the same Mia who runs your Instagram and your Google Ads campaigns: meet her.

Week recap. Your Google Business Profile showed up in 1,850 searches and drove 11 calls. Your website: 640 visits from Google, and the implants page brought the most inquiries.
Two moves for this week: I add 8 new photos to the profile (untouched for 35 days, and it slipped on the map) and publish an article answering “How much does a dental implant cost?”, no prices, so that search lands on your site. Shall we?
Yes to both. In the article, say the consult can be booked by text
Noted. Photos go up today and the article publishes Wednesday with that line. Monday I'll tell you how many visits and inquiries it brought.

From how patients search to what brought them in, every week.

01

Mia studies how patients search for you

She looks at what people type into Google to find a dentist in your area, how your profile shows on the map and which pages on your site get visits.

02

Fixes the profile and publishes every week

She adds photos, completes the details, posts to the profile and writes the article that answers the week's question. You approve over chat, she does it.

03

Tells you what brought patients

Monday she writes you: how many searches, how many calls and messages, and which article or page brought them. And whoever messages you, Sara answers.

Google Business Profile

Your Google Business Profile, always up to date.

The profile is the first thing a patient sees when they search “dentist near me.” Mia keeps it complete: fresh photos, hours, categories, contact details and posts. And when she sees it slip on the map, she acts before you notice.

  • Fresh photos and posts on a regular basis
  • Complete details: hours, categories and contact info
  • If the profile slips on the map, she proposes what to do

Content

Articles that answer what your patients are searching.

“How much does a dental implant cost?” “How often should I get a cleaning?” “Does a root canal hurt?” Each of those is a Google search. Mia writes the article that answers it, with FAQs and SEO, and publishes it on your site. No prices, and nothing goes out without your approval.

  • One real patient question per article
  • With FAQs, optimized for Google
  • Published on your site, in your practice's voice

How much does a dental implant cost? What sets the price

Answers without quoting numbers: what it depends on, what it includes and how to book a consult.

Agency vs Mia

Dental SEO agency vs Mia.

Dental SEO services usually mean a retainer, a monthly call and a ranking report. A dental SEO company sells you the plan; Mia does the work, week after week, and tells you what it brought. Here is the honest comparison, including what she does not do.

Aspect Dental SEO agency Mia
Who does the work each week An account manager juggling several practices. Mia, on your profile and your site, every single week.
What you get reported Rankings and traffic, in a monthly report. Which article and which page brought inquiries, every Monday over chat. No vanity rankings.
How you approve Meetings, emails and slide decks. One message. You approve over chat and she runs it.
The patient who shows up: who answers? Not their job: it lands on your front desk, or in voicemail. Sara answers and books them at any hour, deposit collected. See how.
Contract and onboarding Often a lock-in contract and weeks of setup. Built for your practice in the demo, and it starts on the profile and site you already have.
What Mia doesn't do Link building and technical site audits, depending on the plan. No link building, and she doesn't touch your site's code. Profile, content, reviews and metrics: that, every week.

Reviews

Reviews are SEO too, and Sara asks for them.

A profile with recent reviews climbs the map and convinces whoever is looking. After every visit, Sara asks the patient for a review over text, with the direct link to your Google. Patients write the reviews, never Sara.

  • Sara asks at the right moment, right after the visit
  • Direct link to your Google, one click

Hi Andrea, how did today's cleaning go? If you were happy with it, a Google review would help us a lot.
It's one click, here's the direct link: g.page/your-clinic
Done, just left it. Everyone was so kind
Thank you so much, Andrea. See you in six months for your next cleaning; I'll text you before then to book it.

From click to appointment

Whoever finds you on Google, Sara books.

This is the piece agencies are missing. The patient who came from your profile or an article texts or calls you, at any hour. Sara answers, offers times, collects the deposit and puts the appointment in her own scheduling. SEO ends in a booking, not a page view.

  • Answers Instagram, phone, text and your website chat
  • Books in the platform and collects the deposit

Hi, I found you on Google. Do you do cleanings? I'd like to book one
Hi, we do. A cleaning takes about 45 minutes and includes an exam with the doctor. I have Thursday at 10:30 am or Friday at 4:00 pm. Which works better?
Friday at 4
Done, Friday 4:00 pm is held for you. A deposit confirms it, here's the link: pay.holasara.ai/c/aurora-5137

Frequently asked questions

Does Mia replace my dental SEO agency?

For what a practice needs every week, yes: a current Google Business Profile, articles that answer what patients search for, website metrics and reviews requested after every visit. What Mia doesn't do (link building, technical audits of your site's code) we say upfront. If you're paying an agency for that today, we compare it in the demo.

What exactly does she do each week?

She checks how your profile showed up on Google and which pages on your site got visits, writes you a recap with two or three specific proposals (photos, a post, an article, a campaign if it makes sense) and, once you approve, runs them. The following week she tells you what each one brought.

Do I need a new website?

No. Mia works on your current site and your Google Business Profile. If your practice doesn't have a website yet, we figure that out in the demo.

How long until I see results?

It depends on where your profile and your site start from. Google Business Profile changes usually show within weeks; content builds up over time. We don't promise rankings or timelines: what you do see, every Monday, is what Mia did and what it brought.

Does she write and publish without my approval?

No. Mia proposes and prepares; you approve over chat. No article or post goes out without your ok, and you can ask for changes before it does.

Does she run Google Ads too?

Yes. When it makes sense (a slow week, a treatment you want to push), she proposes a Google Ads campaign with a budget and runs it once you approve. Same Mia.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is built for each practice, depending on what the plan includes, and shared in the demo. It's a monthly subscription, with no fee per patient.
