Frequently asked questions
Do I need a card to try it?
No. The demo is free and the trial lasts 7 days, with everything unlocked and no card. If you already know you want it, you can also pay directly from Pricing.
What happens after the 7 days?
You pick your plan and pay by card to keep going. If you don’t, your account is paused and you aren’t charged.
Do I have to connect everything?
No. You can skip your Google listing and connect it later, and add Instagram whenever you want. For Sara to answer patients for real, you need at least one channel: your text line or your Instagram.
How long until it’s up and running?
The demo takes seconds. The rest depends on what you have on hand: if your system exports to Excel, your services and patients come over in one go. The last step is the carrier registration for your text line.
Can Sara text from my current number?
For texting, Sara uses a new local number that we register with the carriers for you. Your current phone line isn’t touched and keeps working as it does today.
Do I have to switch systems?
Yes: your schedule, patients and payments move to Sara AI, because that’s where Sara, Mia and the rest of the team work. But you don’t retype anything: we import from your current system’s Excel or CSV export.
Does my team have to learn something new?
Just the basics: the dashboard on the computer or the app on the iPhone, to see the schedule and take over a chat when they want.
