How long until it’s up and running?
Not long. We handle the technical part and Sara walks you through it on WhatsApp while you set up. Authorizing the calendar is one click; the rest is loading your information and fine-tuning the tone.
Do I have to get the WhatsApp line on my own?
No need. You can get the WhatsApp Business line through us and we leave it ready and connected to Sara. If you’d rather use a number you already have, that works too: we’ll go over it in the demo.
What about the domain for my booking site?
You can get it through us: you search the name, pick it, and we leave it configured pointing to your booking site. The price is for the first year and includes the setup. If you already have one, you connect it just the same. It’s optional, only if you’re missing one.
How does Sara help me set up?
She messages you on WhatsApp and walks you step by step through each part of the setup, at your pace. Any question that comes up as you go, you ask her right there and she answers.
Do I have to switch systems?
No. Sara works on top of your Google Calendar and your WhatsApp. You don’t migrate data or learn a new tool.
What if I don’t use Google Calendar today (Flowww, AgendaPro, Doctoralia…)?
Today Sara books on Google Calendar. If your clinic uses another calendar, we’ll look at your case in the demo: for most, connecting a Google account to your operation is enough, and we help you get it ready. Tell us what you use and we’ll say whether it fits before you start.
Does my team have to learn how to use it?
Almost nothing: Sara answers on her own and your team talks to her over WhatsApp like one more person. No new screens.
