As of September 2026 Booksy does not sell an AI receptionist of its own. It is a Google partner for booking from Search AI Mode, and third-party AI receptionists connect to its calendar and are paid separately. Sara is the AI receptionist, and it comes in the base plan.
The subscription has no per-booking fee. Boost is optional: it brings new clients from the marketplace and charges a one-time 30% of their first visit. Card payments have their own rate. Sara has no marketplace and charges no fee per new client.
Booksy is built for salons and barbershops where clients book on their own in the app. In a clinic, patients ask about prices, prep and times before booking: that calls for a receptionist who holds the conversation, and that is Sara.
