Opt out of Reserve with Google

What this is

Sara sends Google the details of the businesses that use its scheduling service, so their patients can book from Google Search and Maps. This page is how you ask for the opposite: for us to stop sending your business to Google.

Opting out of Reserve with Google does not cancel your Sara service and does not touch your Google Business Profile: we simply stop submitting your business to that program. If you also want to cancel the service, write to us and we will handle that separately.

How to request it

Email us at info@rayapp.io with the subject “Opt-out of Reserve with Google” and include:

• Business name as it appears on Google.
• Contact email, so we can confirm once it is done.
• Reason, which helps us improve. For example: you no longer want to appear on Google, you are switching providers, or other.
• Any additional information you want to add (optional).

If you have several locations, tell us whether the request is for one in particular or for all of them.

Turnaround

We process your request within 5 business days of receiving it. Once it is done we send you a confirmation email.

What happens next

We remove your business from the feed we send to Google and the booking button stops showing on your profile. Google may take a little longer to reflect the change across all of its surfaces. You also do not need to write to us if your contract ends or is suspended: in those cases we remove you from the feed ourselves.
